Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or opened hair care products once the packaging seal has been broken.
We only accept returns if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
You provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, heat styling, or use of unsuitable products.
Always consult a licensed stylist for installation, coloring, and care instructions.
Using sulfate-free, gentle hair products is recommended to maintain hair quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rita Tamer is not liable for allergic reactions, scalp irritation, or damage resulting from improper use or installation of products.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased item.
We do not guarantee specific results or product lifespan, as these depend on individual care and use.
